Receptionist position

 Job requirements

– Experience in working as a receptionist or in a similar role

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

– Strong written and verbal communication skills

– Ability to be resourceful and proactive when problems arise

– Excellent organizational skills

– Multi-tasking and time management skills

– Experience in customer service

 

  We are looking for a candidate who has:

– Do you have good communication skills and a professional approach?

– Are you organized?

– Are you versatile and resourceful?

 

Responsibilities

– Answer, screen , transfer or take messages for incoming calls

– Open customer files as required

– Provide basic and accurate information by phone/email

– Receive, sort and distribute e-mails daily

– Coordinate reminders for representatives

 

Salary: to be discussed depending on experience

 

Work schedule:

– 8 Hours

– Monday to Friday

– Day shift

 

Language: Bilingual (Mandatory)

Education: High School (Required)

Experience: Customer service: 1 year
